Tynong Toppings is an ‘A’ grade crushed rock.  It is a 10mm minus product with a high proportion of fines.  Apart from paths and drives, tynong toppings is also used as a pipe bedding material.

This product is used as a decorative topping for driveways and paths and can be used in place of paving or concrete.

Description

It is used as a decorative topping for driveways and paths. For best results, this product should be laid to a minimum depth of 50mm, moistened with water and compacted with a roller or vibrating plate compacter. Apart from paths and drives, Granite (Tynong) toppings is also used as a pipe bedding material.
